Privacy Policy

2. Scope
This notice covers the public website of Zeroclip Studio Photography (pages, inquire form and cookies). It does not cover our social profiles, except when you click a link and leave this site.
3. What we process
Browsing
The server may keep technical logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser user-agent) for security and to operate the site. We do not use analytics or advertising tools (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar).
Inquire form
If you write to us we process: name, email, phone, country, wedding date and venue, partner’s name, optional Instagram and planner contacts, guest count, budget, how you found us, your message and the privacy consent. Providing data is optional, but without the required fields we cannot reply.
Cookie banner
When you choose Accept or Reject we record: date and time, an anonymous identifier, the choice, IP address and browser type. We do not attach this record to your name unless you write to us and ask to link the two treatments.

We do not use your data for marketing, newsletters or profiling unless you ask later and give a new consent.
5. Recipients
Data are not sold. They may be known, within each service, by:
- Zeroclip Studio Photography, as controller;
- the studio’s hosting and email provider, as processor or technical supplier;
- public authorities, if required by law.
Fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay). That is a technical request to display type, not an advertising tool. Buttons to Instagram, Pinterest, X, Facebook, LocalGrapher and ProWed open those websites; they apply their own policies once you leave.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Form data and the consent log stay on the studio’s systems and email/hosting providers in the EU, as far as we control them. If you follow a social link, that platform may process data outside the EEA under its own safeguards. You can use the site without clicking those links.
7. Retention
- Inquire form: as long as needed to handle the request and any legal duties (as a rule no more than 24 months after closing, unless the law or a dispute requires longer).

8. Nature of the provision
Browsing public pages does not require identity data. The form is optional: required fields are marked with an asterisk. The cookie banner choice is optional: the site works if you reject.
9. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent (without affecting processing already carried out). Write to info@zeroclipstudiophotography.com. We reply within the legal time limits.
You may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali ( www.garanteprivacy.it).
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS in production, restricted access, consent logs that are not public). No system is 100% secure.
11. Children
This site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
We may update this page if the site or the law changes. The date above is the one in force. Cookie details are in the Cookie Policy.
